Potatoes - fried, baked, roasted and mashed we've eaten them all and we love them! We were curious about the way our city eats them, so we scouted the city and here's what we found:
Patatas Bravas @ El Toro, Bandra
Papas Bravas and Sangria Valencia
This new Bandra is an archetype of Spanish Cantina y Tapas bar. Well, with that said, need we say that they get their Patatas Bravas just right!
Poppers & Fries @ The J, Churchgate
Poppers & Fries Credits: Foodophillia
Their first outlet was just opposite K. C. College and now they're all over the town. Even though they make some really great fries Poppers & Fries and J in The Jungle remains our favourite!
Potato Roesti Waffles @ The Boston Cupcakery, Bandra
Potato Roesti Waffles
We like waffles, especially when they're made with potatoes and served with Creme Fraiche!
Potato Twister @ Trendy Taste, Irla
Potato Twister Credits: Foodiepedia
Now, we've all struggled to walk through this crowded market street and spotted an enormous crowd happily snapping off discs off their potato twister!
Wadapav @ Ashok Wadapav, Prabhadevi
Synonymous with city's street food, Vada Pav at Ashok Vada Pav is a great snack and Burrp! Certified too!
House Fries @ Doolally Taproom, Bandra
House Fries Eat. Review. Repeat
What's beer without some piping hot, thick cut fries served with five house dips?
