Truly Rejuvenating 2011-08-26
Absolutely relaxing experience. My friend, who is a regular at Blue Terra Spa, took me for a spa ritual session. Massage, Scrub, pack and finally a fabulous facial...awesome. Really loved it. Therapist was too good., front desk was very courteous and ambience was cool too. If you just want to relax, or pamper yourself, it is a must visit place. -

Disappointed!!! 2011-08-08
It was husband's bday yesterday. I gifted him a spa at Blue terra. They delivered a voucher to him at our place.
When he went to avail the same they said you dont have a appointment, which is disgusting. I was confirmed by one of the person who attended my call that he can avail the voucher the same day as it was his bday , but they screwed up his bday gift.
He went all the way for the spa and this man on the reception sorry you cannot have that without even wishing a bday.
Disgusting first experience and perhaps the last one for Blue terra . -

I tried out this spa, which unlike a lot of other spas is not located in a swanky mall or a hotel. That did not take away from its ambience or quality of service.
It a neat, little, peaceful spa. You are welcomed at the reception with a glass of water. You can choose a particular therapy from a booklet/menu of services. I did not really have a conversation about what treatment would be best for me since I had decided I wanted to try out the balineses massage. So I can't comment on the advise I got since I didn't seek it.
