I must say pathetic, in fact the worst hospital of all. Saturday night I met with an accident on the road then rushed to Columbia Asia Hospital Pvt Ltd - Gurgaon. They asked us to go to emergency. I brought my wife there and no one was there in the emergency ward.Then I got annoyed and shouted and one doctor came and took us along into a room and then he left us there with all the blood coming out from the wounds and again. I seeked help and shouted again, then a doctor came and asked the sister to do the cleaning and asked me to pay for registration immediately. I paid, then went to him. He asked me to pay for X-Ray at the same time. I did then go to the radiology department for X-Ray but still nobody was there to listen to us. Till then, we had passed 1 hour without cleaning all the wounds. They were bleeding, deadly, Then again I shouted at the reception; they called somewhere and asked me to wait 10 minutes more (guys is this really called emergency treatment at a hospital. Is there really no the meaning of emergency?) but it took another 30 minutes to get the x-ray done and then come back to the emergency, hoping that somebody will clean the blood and dress the same but the doctor came after 15 minutes. I asked him then he asked the nurse to do the same, they just dressed the wound without cleaning the pieces of stone and all- they left it as it is. The doctor was behaving like ab illiterate person and didn't even have a look at the wounds- he was more interested in completing registration for all the things.I still haven't got the X-ray report yet.. I don't think this is what is called emergency.
I would like to suggest any road side clinic over this hospital. They can better cure you in case of an emergency.
