    i loved the body spa i had here/// there people are really genuine and courteous enough to make me feel comfortable..

    I placed the booking in advance and got there in time..
    they just told me the best they have to give me the best...

    I have talked about coming here every month now...

    Loved the massages... :)

    im very happy that i got a high level salon in dwarka finally... great ambience, well trained staff,they first understood my skin type & then suggested me the facial, offred me cofee & made me very comfortable ...

    went for a facial. the staff on enquiry had no clue on wht products or.ingredients thy wud be using in the specified facials. looked.utterly.confused and gave stupid.responses. i walked out.

    It is highly demotivating that a medium that was conceptualised to voice genuine experiences for the benefit of other users has become a means of settling personal scores and animosity. If there was an iota of truth in the feedback given here, we would be more than happy to make good any bad experience that the said guest could have had. That not being the case, it is pertinent to point out that this customer was insisting on taking a package which had expired long time back.     untrained staff or "smart staff'' they simply say mam this is not included in the package, pedicure was done in with cold and plane water, when asked for hot water and some solution like shampoo etc to be put I was told that pedicure is done in similar way........and scrub is not included in the package......plus eyebrows was a horrible expereince........really frustrating

    Awful service.... Their staff know nothing about facial or spa...... it was a wastage of money... have you ever heard about tap water pedicure??? i asked for warm water to soak my foot.. their response was like *SOrry Maam* we cant provide it right now.. what the hell yaar??? unfortunately i did my threading also .. :( its now shapeless... i asked for a de-pigmentation facial.. and they did 100 wala normala facial .. i feel like cryingggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

    The customer came with an offer of snapdeal. We would like to point out that we have catered to more than 200 customers with the same deal and there is ZERO complaint on either snapdeal or any other site. The said customer was patiently catered to (almost 3 hours), was not made to wait for even a moment and was perfectly happy and satisfied till she was in the salon.     The aromatherapy massage at i wellness was completely relaxing and blissful. Highly professional masseurs , great aromatic oils and a the 10 minute steam ... perfect to take away all the stress. Highly Recommended. Would definitely go back again
