    they are big time cheaters. declare sale and sell item on discount prices. when u pay the money, after a month said products not available and buy something else. Not ready to give refund letter.

    Nobody should deal with such big cheaters. Very bad experience. they should learn from shoppers stop and mango stores about customer care

    I haven't come across such a fraudulent online shopping portal before. First they will put illusive product on the site.. the product received are exactly different then the ordered.. defective. and once you ask them to refund money ...keep on giving stupid excuses...big time fraud...don't expect any refund of money....disgusting.

    I have encountered a lot of problems with India Emporium -There was a delay in despatching the item I ordered as a gift to my sister. As a result of this, my sister has had to make costly telephone calls to India. She also had to accept the non-stitched item. No refund has been made to my account yet with regard to this despite India Emporium's email stating they would refund the stitching costs. Furthermore, upon receiving the item, my sister noticed two issues :
    1. there was a big 'animal paw' stain on the blouse part of the fabric;
