    First time in delhi I have seen such bad customer service at a movie hall. For payment you need to carry cash since the card system was not working. I asked a person to book around 8 tickets for me and they expect me to carry cash for them. Went inside the movie hall staff was not at helpful and no common sense at all. Sound system was also bad and movie print was not good. WORST Theatre in DELHI

    Went to watch the movie Cocktail recently, Thursday 19 July seat numbers D 11, 12. The Hall was dirty and stinking. The eateries never ever sell coffee. Perhaps the soft drink companies prevent that to make profit on exorbitantly priced popcorn and soft drink. Services is super slow and staff disinterested. The food counters are unhygienic. Delhi Govt should check the halls for hygiene and sanitation and poor services offered. It needs to be shut down till decent and civilised conditions are restored.

    I went to watch Avengers today at Movietime Raja Garden. and I had the worst experience ever.

    To begin with , the seat numbers were jumbled up.
    There was just one door to the hall and every time anyone entered, the experience was screwed because of the harsh light entering from outside.
    The sound system and acoustics were so bad, my 7 year old intex speakers sound better at full volume.
    Even with the doors closed, there were these constant beams of light falling on the screen.
    The movie print seemed to be a pirated one.

    We had the chance of visiting Movie Time on Monday in exchange for a voucher from e-bay. There was some technical difficulty so the show was postponed but the staff was helpful and helped us watch the movie in peace. Thanks guys!
