Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
Q’BA restaurant & bar is centrally located in the business district of New Delhi: Connaught Place. It is an up market casual dining in the capital & spans across 14,000 sq. ft inculcating two floors and two open air terraces with a beautifully designed interior.
The Q’BA décor has a deep brown, purple & black color: which exhibits equanimity for your mind with comfortable sofas, making it an ideal place for a business lunch or just a casual meet over food & drinks. There is also a visible change in the night when mesmerizing fiber optic lights give an altogether different essence to the place, while the color washed lights set up a perfect ambience for your dining, serving you mood lighting!
QBa has a rather put-off-ing entrance, which bears testimony to the many years it's been in existence. But once you're up on the terrace, it's all eye-candy. The place is lovely to visit in winters over lunch. Their 3-flavoured cheese garlic bread was yummy, and so was the tomato soup. Looking forward to go there in peak-winter.
There is plenty to like about this place in terms of ambience, especially during the winter when you can spend the afternoon on the terrace with a great view of Connaught Place. The Afghani Tangri is one item I'd definitely recommend, but the quality of food was otherwise not that great. I found their biryani a little too oily and salty for my liking. Could do with more variety in their beer collection.
