    Very unprofessional.. I read the review but still I went there with my friend. through a deal .. but experienced that I did a mistake.. they don't have manner to talk even.. I would strongly recommend not to go there...

    I had purchased a coupon (paid Rs.800) in July 2010 which had 1 year validity. I visited the salon for a haircut (using the coupon) in June 2011. The coupon had not expired but they wasted 10 mins telling me that it has. After that issue was cleared, they brought up some other rules which were not mentioned any where in the coupon. I literally fought with them for 15mins. The lady (manager/ wife of owner) was least interested in my problem.     if u are headed to this facility i have only a single word of advice - AVOID! it is nothing but an ordinary run of the mill beauty parlor masquerading as a spa!! No chance of any pampering that you might be looking for!! At one point it was suggested that i sit on a chair and get a facial done since there was no electricity. I refused to even consider it.
