  • Sushiya sounds right - it is definitely not sushi 2011-09-17

While it sounds like value-for-money, the place serves tripe and is not worth the money that you pay. If you like quantity over quality, this place is not bad. If you like rice balls that you can dunk in soya sauce and eat, go there. But if you are looking for sushi, this place is definitely not where you want to be.

  • Amazing Sushi! 2011-04-19

Went to their new restaurant in Saket Mall next to hard rock yesterday. It was jam packed on late sunday evening(they had all you can eat deal for Rs.550), which made the place loud and lively. Sushi was top notch, service staff were prompt and attentive and couldn't have asked for better pricing. I couldn't get to try the other oriental dishes as they had limited menu, so will be back once again this week.
'about time they opened a restaurant'.

  • Not recommended 2011-02-02

Horrendous sushi, tuna was close to expiry. Also why call it sushi when all you give is a microscopic piece of fish. Call it a rice ball instead, as that is what it is. Makes 7-Eleven sushi seem like gastronomy. Not recommended!

  • Nice sushi....period! 2009-05-04

We ordered some food from this place last month....as far as the sushi is concerned....it was top-rate...but chicken teriyaki and rice were quite mediocre.

The food was delivered 30 min. late and even our sushi platter had some variety that we had not ordered. Nevertheless, it's an affordable place and worth a try, especially their kiosk at the Select Citywalk.

  • great maguro 2007-12-10

Ordered the maguro rolls here (that's fresh tuna for my sushi newbies) and they actually tasted quite fresh. The tuna does not have that slightly sweet flavour as you might expect from sushi abroad (this can probably be attributed to where the tuna is fished from), but all in all, this was way above what I expected, given that all my previous attempts to find sushi in delhi have failed miserably. Sushiya, I'm definitely a fan, and I will certainly pass the word to the few, the proud, the sushi lovers!

  • Affordable Sushi 2007-11-22

well i dont know what authentic sushi is like. i liked what i ate. and i loved the price tag as well. i got a box of salmon sushi rolls (that box contained 2+2+4+2 rolls) of 4 different kinds and cost me around 230 bucks.. i had read about this place in the indian express around 4-5 months back. however at that time it was open only in noida and that too just home delivery. so the other day when i was in noida and free for dinner, i tried to locate sushiya again. to my pleasure i discovered that they've shifted to south delhi, where i live.

also the box that i ate, the same thing i
