The place is good, but I am not very convinced about its consistency. There are some dishes which offer a great quantity but there are others with which quantity is a dissapointment. Nevertheless, this place is worth a try also for its ambiance.
The quality at this place has certainly reduced, but still worth a try. Their Breads (Naan and Roti) are given in large portions. Be sure to reconfirm the quantity you order with the server. It is quite easy to over order at this place.
Damages for 2 - Rs 1000

This place has some really good meat...specially the Punjabi Meat Masala...and they are quite consistent too!!! Though I'd rather order home delivery and enjoy it without the average service. It is sad to see that restaurants are perceived to be fine-dining just by the menu prices. The service is worse than a dhaba and I agree with kiran about the hygiene. They store Lachha onions in a Balti in a side-station...eeeks!!
But I'd still recommend the place just for the amazing meat, that is if you can avoid seeing what the waiters do!

I had heard so much about great punjabi food served in this place. The food did not dissapoint me. You must also notice this when you go there.
At the end of the meal, they give finger bowl. You wash your hands and the waiter takes it. He would not even take it inside the kitchen. Continue to notice what he does with this finger bowl of yours. He will take it to some side table, empty the dirty water from it, would not replace or clean that dirty bowl, fill it with a warm water from a thermos, add a slice of lemon and give it on the next table.
This is what pissed me. We complained. They apologized and happily continued with their practice.
I had to wash my hands again..eeks....how hygenically would they pprepare food?

Its an awesum place to be.. excellent food, though at a price. the vodka golguppa's are a must try.
The rajouri garden one is far better than other outlets. striking decor, the open space outside is perfect for that lovely date!!! (on a not so hot day).

Very good Indian food though not much variety for vegetarians.
The Amritsari Bharwan aloo is fab (coming form someone who never eats aloo).
Want to try the vodka or tequila golgappas but they didn't let me order since I was underage. You need to be over 25 to order (yes 25 not 21) and they are very strict about it. So hopefully in a couple of years if its still there.
