    I recently had my bedroom refurbished by Acquisitions! I got a new bunk-bed just to add the fun factor to my room! Also I got my dressing table replaced with a far better one! I am truly very satisfied with the delivery of work! I also liked their ideology and creativity in this field! I can certainly not ignore the work ethic in that the quality of all the products is sensational! I advise readers to opt Acquisitions if they wish to ever get their house revamped!

    Terrible quality and extremely expensive. Ordered a Lily bouquet for Rs 2800 for my girlfriend. She only got 20 lily buds. Wrote a complaint on their website and offered to send a picture to them. I got no reply and was extremely embarrassed as well. A month later, i paid Rs500 to a local florist for a lily bouquet. This was the most beautiful bouquet i have ever seen. I will never use ferns and petals again. Terrible all around.

    I am having a similar experience. I paid Rs. 32,000/- vide cheque to croma, south ext. on 4th May....it was debited from my a/c on 7th May....on 7th evening after my inquiry they said it had not been credited to their a/c.......today i tried to get to their number 64649311.......some recorded message puts me on hold and then automatically disconnects repeatedly........have already made 2 complaints on their toll free no. 18002583636. There's total silence.......never expected this from a TATA company!

    I had bought a Whirlpool window AC. They offered fitting the AC for free. When I went to buy, they promised that the fitting is free and I don't have to pay anything. When I went to pay the bill, they charged Rs. 500 for the fitting services. The next day when the AC was delivered these people asked for the delivery charges, which I refused to pay. After that they asked for Rs. 1500 for installing the AC. When I said that the fitting is free the owner of Nutan Electronics said that Rs. 500 is the labor charge and not fitting charges.     Don;t go here expecting Tina Bazaar or something, It is expensive and rightfully so, On the plus side, they have everything you can think of: bras, cheekies, corsets, camisoles, even bathrobes, night suits and slippers. If you go on the first day of the sales, you can get a pretty good bargain. But when it comes to comfort and style, La Senza pretty triumphs over all other lingerie brands.
